  3. Hi, coming from a different industry, my understanding about IT professionals are that the majority of them would not prefer class room lessons for their CPD as many of them used to WFH and most of the time the employers are in remote locations. In this context, how does an employer ensure learning and development of their staff ?

    1. Yes Agreed with you. In today's remote work setting, classroom-style CPD may not suit IT professionals, who predominantly work from home. To ensure staff learning and development, employers must adapt. Offering online courses, webinars, and virtual workshops caters to remote preferences (Jones et al., 2022). Facilitating mentorship and peer-to-peer learning via digital platforms encourages skill sharing (Smith & Johnson, 2020). Personalized learning paths and project-based experiences enhance CPD effectiveness (Robinson et al., 2021). By embracing digital learning tools and fostering continuous learning, employers can nurture the growth of their remote IT workforce, driving success in the digital era.
